At Austin Banks Recruitment, we believe in the power of community, especially during the festive season. That’s why this Christmas, we’re proudly supporting the Doncaster Impact Team, a volunteer-led initiative making a real difference in the lives of the less fortunate.
Last weekend, Jo and Sommer completed the Doncaster 10K, taking on the challenge to raise £500 for this amazing cause. But there’s still time to help us reach our goal and make Christmas 2024 one to remember for those in need.
About the Doncaster Impact Team
The Doncaster Impact Team works tirelessly to support vulnerable people in our community. Their efforts include:
🍽️ Weekly Hot Meals: Every Thursday, they serve warm, hearty meals in Doncaster town centre, providing a safe space and connection for those in need.
🧣 Winter Survival Packs: Your donations fund essential packs filled with items like warm socks, sleeping bags, mats, gloves, and hats to help rough sleepers face the harsh winter months.
🎄Christmas Dinner: This year, they’re hosting an indoor Christmas dinner, offering a festive meal and a chance for socializing in a warm, welcoming space.
They’re a 100% volunteer-run community, relying solely on the generosity of people like you.
